Question about LG Cell Phones
Amandapan13 I want you to take the battery out of the phone. Also feel the battery to see if is swollen in the center of the phone. If the battery is swollen you need a new battery. Take the battery out and clean all the contacts. Then put the battery back in the phone to see if you still have that problem. It could be the phone itsel that is not working. Plug the phone in without the battery. See if you still get that message. Hope this help. One replace the battery if it is swollen. If the battery is not swollen take the phone to the nearest carrier and have them look at it for you.
