KB3300 Stainless Steel - Display not working (by 2 users)

Hi -
The display doesn' t light up at all - the surface top works but the oven/microwave doors are locked. I tried unlocking but nothing happens when the display is touched - no lights either. could it be the electronic panel or is there maybe a fuse that needs replacing?

i stated with the same problem.
I replaced a thermal protection fuse and the microwave, oven light and control panel apparently work.
However, the oven will not bake or broil.
The control board lights up and allows me to set the temperature, but no heat at all.

GuruThe control unit (circuit board) uses a relay and motor to lock the door, and the board may be damaged or scrambled
The first thing to try is a "hard reset". Unplug it from the power line for a minute, plug it back in, set the clock, then try again.
If that doesn't fix it, it may need to have the control unit repaired. We do that for folks nationwide for only $39.95 in most cases.
We have the service manual for this model, and I've uploaded it to our site for your convenience:
