Question about Toys
It seems as though the battery charger is not functioning properly and is killing the batteries...
I would return the charger for a new one and if they won't replace the charger then I would return the whole unit for a replacement or money back...

It seems you are buying a defective model else Please check the battery is getting charged.Charge it with proper input dc volts and in some case the battery might be stone dead so it behaves in such a fashion.Will not charge.
