Click on your START buttonthen choose Control Panel from the right hand side list....... Then from the text on the left top of page, choose "View Classic Mode" then in the right side of screen, choose the FIREWALL icon.... click on it and in there you can either turn off the firewall or adjust it to allow msn through in the Advanced settings..
