Epson tx 111, error message: Remove any foreign objects from inside the printer. There's no foreign object at all inside! What can I do?

Both red lights on my printer are blinking

Blinking wit general error message : head carriage error. It cause by head cannot move to parking position or chip at ink tank not good connected. Try to use another chip. Just turn off printer for a moment for clearing epprom.
