Question about DISH Network ViP622 DVR DTV Receiver / 180-Hours Video Recorder
Hello, this is Matthew Gonzales with DISH Network customer service. If the problem is on TV1, try using the TV manufacturer remote to change the inputs on the TV (the button may say input, TV/Video, or source). If the problem is on TV2, try using the TV manufacturer remote to change the TV to channel 60 or 73. When/if you get a picture, make sure to press the "SAT" button one time on the DISH Network remote.
