I purchased a battery on 8/13/10 from but their support staff stated I had to contact you for the warranty. The battery is totally dead and will not charge at all.

You need to contact the manufacturer and or Amazon.

Kindle states selected item could not be opened if you purchased from amazon delete and redownload, cant do this???

If the purchase went through it will be listed On log in and place mouse over lists and accounts, under your account click on manage content and devices. If you do not see the item listed the purchase may not have gone through. Check you credit card account to be sure and then contact Amazon to ask what happened.
I'm not into games that least not on my tablet.

Contact Amazon first with the problem. If you try to do any DIY, you may void the warranty.

Warranties only cover a failure due to manufacture. Unfortunately dead batteries are not covered by any maker as there is nothing wrong with a watch if the battery fails.

I year does seem a little short. Perhaps it was running for a time before you bought it? Who knows!

Have you check if there are applications or programs running while you are not using your phone? try to turn it off to isolate issue- other factor is that you have a defective battery- has 90 days warranty from date of purchase- if over warranty period, purchase a new one. hope this helps

This is not normal. Good batteries should give you over 100 pics before things start to slow down. If you bought the camera new you need to contact the warranty/repair folks at and have them either repair or replace the camera. If you bought it used (no warranty) you can contact Kodak or take the camera to a local repair shop.

Depending on its use, a battery lasting 2.5 hours after one year is not terrible. Over time, the battery loses power.

If the battery were totally dead in less that one year, I'd suggest contacting Acer, since it's still under warranty.
