    i have a viewsonic cw2206 wieless mouse nd keyboard, the keyboard works but not the mouse will not sinc..any help?

You should find the sync/connect button underneath the keyboard. You must also press the button on the receiver.

My wireless mouse wont work


The wireless mouse functions with batteries. Snap open the location area at buttom of mouse to either check for misalligned batteries or dead batteries requiring replacement. Also, the wireless mouse has an adpater cable that is connected to the computer USB area from where signals are acquired during functionality. Make sure every connectable cables to the computer are firmly in place. Sometimes, the computer may require restarting to capture wireless establishments if an disconnections were encountered once computer was still on. Make sure every connectables are firmly in place, restart the computer for desired functionality. Also, a restart of the computer should diagnose the malfunction of mouse attachements. Improtant notes: A new wireless mouse may have required installation of softwares, opening the computer wireless devices estblihment area to regulate captions on the new setup priop to first acquisition of wireless mouse functionality. Windows update = dead mouse


Try using a usb mouse and keyboard.Your computer should already have drivers for these devices loaded.

Mouse Stops Responding


You need to reset the mouse and keyboard to the sensor. On the sensor(base) you should have a button and under the mouse you should have also a button. Press the sensor(base) button first and quickly the one under the keyboard and mouse. If the doesn't work shut down the system, unplug the mouse and keyboard sensor(base) and re-plug it back in . Start the system and try the process again.

The machine has got coruppted


you should be able to do a restore on the system or install a fresh copy of xp tablet on it

MS Optical Mouse 4000 problem; computer mouse pad no longer functional


Normal 0 Press the Receiver button (and the lights will start flashing.
Then if the Keyboard isn't working, press the small RESET/CONNECT button on the back of the board to connect the keyboard to the receiver.

Mouse not working

In the Device Manager, check the mouse section for any ? question mark over your mouse model. If so, right click the mouse model, select properties,and in the driver tab, click update driver.
It will make your mouse work perfect.

Not responding to movement


Dear Stef, First try replacing the mouse's batteries, if this fails then try resetting it using the reset button - both on the mouse and the receiver. If you experience trouble resetting, you may try to disconnect the receiver and the mouse physically. Unplug the receiver and take off the mouse's batteries and then reconnect them.
