Hi,
a 6ya expert can help you resolve that issue over the phone in a minute or two.
best thing about this new service is that you are never placed on hold and get to talk to real repairmen in the US.
the service is completely free and covers almost anything you can think of (from cars to computers, handyman, and even drones).
click here to download the app (for users in the US for now) and get all the help you need.
goodluck!

Here is a direct link to a User's Manual for a Sanyo EMS 156AW:

http://dl.owneriq.net/8/8be2644d-5c7d-4c7e-935e-3def8bdfcc64.pdf

To view the Owner's Manual with Operating Instructions just use your mouse to click on the link, which is the underlined and highlighted text just above. This will open a new web browser page automatically for you and allow you to view the information at the website indicated and the contents of the Owner's Manual.

You may need ADOBE READER installed on your computer to read PDF documents.
You can download this free at WWW.ADOBE.COM if necessary.
Click on the DOWNLOAD ADOBE READER button on right side of the ADOBE home page when you get there, then follow the onscreen instructions to install the software on your computer.

See page 8 of the manual for detailed instructions and illustrations on how to set the clock.

Basically it reads as follows:

Press the CLOCK button pad.
Use the numbers pad to enter the correct time.
Press the CLOCK button pad again.

Hopefully these instructions will be applicable to your particular model as well.

Please comment back here to this page if you have any details to add, have any questions, have difficulty accessing the links, or just require further general assistance and I will respond as soon as I see it.

I hope that was helpful to you, good luck and take care.

Oven all of a sudden stopped working. The clock face on the upper right hand side of control panel is illuminated and I'm not sure what this is for. Is it related? Do I buy a new oven, or try to fix?

Microwave ovens are not to be messed with. Get an approved Sanyo technician to replace the control panel or ASDA; 29 pounds to replace it.

MICROWAVE OVEN HOW TO USE POWER LEVEL AND COOKING TIME. For example a want to cook pizza what will i use?

We probably need a little more info on your particular oven before suggesting what power levels and times. Do you know the wattage of it i.e 900w?

Does it have presets on it? Your manufacturer may have put auto programs on it to reheat, cook from frozen etc.

Final hint: If you are buying things such as frozen pizza, microwave dinners, the microwave instructions are usually on the box with a recommend time for a particular wattage oven.

Why does food get hard after cooking or reheating in a microwave

It's basically a loss of moisture during the cooking process, to avoid this in a standard oven cook on a lower temp for longer and cover with foil....in the microwave, drop the power setting and always reheat or cook with the food cover with a microwave safe cling wrap or microwave specific cookware with lids.
Hope this helps.
