I'm printing a double sided card. The back side comes out fine (white with black letters). The front side needs to be completey black with red letters. It keeps coming out blurry. How do I fix that?

The problem is when the printer print red using the YMC colors which are dye-sublimation, it can't perfectly alight to the K-Black resin print. Your best solution would be make the black color slightly lighter which will force the printer to print it using the YMC panels instead of the K-Resin (which is pure black), however using the method the black print will be greyish in color.

The other more complicated way includes printing a full red card, then using the black as an additional image with white space for your red text.

It may be that the ribbon is mispositioned. There are quite a few points in the trouble shooting section of the owners manual. These start on page 53. Here is the link to the page at the zebra company site that you can download the manual from.

Hope this helps,

First, you need to have the HP Automatic Two-sided Printing Accessory (Duplexer) installed on your printer for it to print double side. If you have it installed, depending on your operating system follow the information on this page: http://h10025.www1.hp.com/ewfrf/wc/document?docname=c01909142&cc=au&lc=en&dlc=en&product=3760410&tmp_track_link=ot_search#N242

Common problem is a dirty card, make sure you handle the cards by the edges and not the surface as oil from finger residue will cause a misprint on that part.

This problem can also be caused by improper or too low of a setting for black intensity, where the printer does not apply sufficient heat to transfer the color onto the card.

Also check for a faulty ribbon, if the ribbon is not properly stored or is more than 3 years old, it can also cause this issue.

Check and make sure the paper setting is on what it thinks it is. In other words, make sure the the paper in the tray is letter and the display says letter, instead of letter-r (letter-r runs the long way from side to side in the tray, and letter runs the long way from front to back in the tray) or any other size. I am not familiar with the set up of the paper trays on that machine, but if you have to program the paper size yourself, make sure it is what it is.

Samsung HCN4727W Rear Projection TV, green screen, audio works

These sets need to have all three colors - RED - BLUE - GREEN - lined up correctly on the screen in order for the picture to look normal. This is called convergence.

When its out of alignment the video will look 3-D, wavy, distorted, etc. Most of the time you just need to adjust your convergence in the menu. If you cannot adjust it in the menu - then your convergence is broken and needs to be repaired. Convergence problems are very common on all Projection TV sets including Sony, Samsung,JVC,Philip Magnavox,Panasonic,Akai2_bing.gif,Pioneer, Hitachi,Mitsubishi,Zenith and others.
You can get more information and a DIY convergenece repair kit with instructions from the link below.

Here are some of the most common problems with these sets...

Problem #1) Convergence

Yours may have one or more of the following symptoms...

*Screen Looks 3-D
*Colors wont align
*Screen may look distorted or warped
*No Audio/Video - TV Shuts down - May also make a constant chirping sound

Problem #2 - Another common problem is dull or washed out video.

Your set may have one or more of the following symptoms....

*Dull looking picture
*White looking picture
*Halos around objects
*Red/Orange looking picture
