proabably means you replaced your ink recently and ushally if you pull them out and put them back in this will fix the issue

6500 is a network error, a problem with the main logic pcb, or the network card. Sounds like you need a repair shop. If your error is 6A00, that's a different story and the purge unit is jammed and will need replacement. Still a shop repair.

Well what happenned is that I had already printed some things before and some of the papers were sticking into the feeder where the paper comes out. A really stupid mistake. Also my blue ink is low so this could be another reason. The error code was actually 5750. I apologize for taking up your time with such a stupid mistake.

The orange and green lights should be flashing 20 times. If this is so then i am afraid the main logic board has failed. The only remedy is to replace the logic board. Srri
