SOURCE: How to charge my creative zen mp3 player

You need to download the software from Creative's site. It will not charge without it. There are people with how-tos to charge with USB charger/Phone USB Charger

Plug the USB cable they provided to a PC and hook the other end to the mp3 player. It takes about 4 hours to fully charge.

SOURCE: Swagger MP3 audio player does

Most likely you have a full charge but the problem is FALSE Advertising! Swagger MP3 players only support MP3's downloaded from Amazon.com, any other MP3's will only play for a matter of seconds before shutting off. These players are a total rip off.

My computer will not recognize my Swagger 2GB MP3 Player. I need the drivers

This device does not require drivers. It will work out of the box on Windows ME/2000/XP/Vista/7. If yours does not work, there is a problem wither with the MP3 player or with your USB port.

I have the swagger 2gb and i cant figure out to download the mp3 to my mp3 player

1. Plug the small end of the USB cable into the player. Plug the other end into an available USB.
2. The player will light up with the red flashing LED light flashing to indicate that the device is recognized and ready for data transfer.
3. Wait for the computer to recognize the player.
4. The Removable Disk auto-run window will appear on your computer.

Just got a swagger and it wont keep charge. it shuts off in 10 min. what do I do? Also there is no screan how do I know if its charged right?

you have to make sure the player is off when ur charging it. or you can listen to it while its charging to make sure its not playing and charging at the same time. i had the same problem too. so just keep the ear phones plugged in and make sure its not playing while charging. and keep it turned off while charging. and you should be good. it will them play for like 1 to 2 hours. you might be thinking how can you turn it off and it still charges. but once the red light is on that means the computer regonizes it and its charging. good luck. facebook.com/kedisha queen-king
