Question about Computers & Internet

Sometimes it is as simple as reinstalling the driver.
1 Click on start
2 right click on computer and click properties
3 Click device manager (and on continue)
4 from the list locate sound (there could be other things listed with it)
5 if there is a + before sound click it to expand what is listed with it
6 If you have a question mark in a yellow circle, of any other type of marking in front of an item, it is the one that you need to reload the driver for.
7 right click on the marked item and from the list pick update driver software.

a 6ya expert can help you resolve that issue over the phone in a minute or two.
best thing about this new service is that you are never placed on hold and get to talk to real repairmen in the US.
the service is completely free and covers almost anything you can think of (from cars to computers, handyman, and even drones).
click here to download the app (for users in the US for now) and get all the help you need.
