Question about Sylvania SMPK8858 MP3 Player
You should run the driver that came with the player in computer first ..and after that the connection will be possible ...If on the disk that came with it the driver is not present ..and only some software ..try to see if there is a file manager on it ...Usually the managers have a built in driver ..and use it ..
There is a possibility that the player was made do work auto..without driver ..in this case..connect it ..let the windows install it by running add new hardware ..and after that take a look in My computer folder and see if ti is present as a drive ..To load files copy them on this drive folder(removable storage device)
