I have a 4-quart stainless steel Rival Crockpot, somewhat new. Both handles have broken. Would like to order new handles. Model 3040, Q08219

GuruYou say it's somewhat new - could it have been manufactured between 1999 and 2004? If so, check out www.rivalrecall.com for information about a safety recall due to breaking handles.
