Question about Brother MFC255CW All-in-One InkJet Printer
It is quite likely your the print head is clogged from lack of use. You need to print a Print Quality Check Sheet.
Press the up or down arrow key to choose Ink or Ink Management. Press OK.
Press the up or down arrow key to choose Test Print. Press OK.
Press the up or down arrow key to choose Print Quality. Press OK.
Press Color(Colour) Start. The machine will print the Print Quality Check Sheet.
Compare the Check Sheet to the examples here:
If there are problems say yes to proceed with cleaning the print head. You may need to complete several cycles. If the print quality does not improve after 5 cycles you may need to contact Brither Customer service.
