Visit manufacturer's page and select your product from "PC Web Cam" list of driver download page. As I can see, your model IT-310WC is not listed but you can try the driver for the IT-309WC model.

Go to Intex' official website. Click on free drivers download. Select your model and operating system. Download drivers and install in your PC.

The are many ways to find the driver of your cam but it is better that you will visit the site of your camera brand. Search the model of your camera. Once you have already search the camera model you can download the driver now.

If it is hard for you to search the driver, try to visit this site www.howtodrivers.com
