You should make a screen calibration ..and this will make it respond to commands with accuracy ..It may have a button for this action ..or take a look in the menu ...engage the screen calibration ..and it will appear a + sign on the screen ...when you press it the screen is calibrated...The issue for not responding is that you touch it slightly near the exact point...and is a common fault ..Calibration wil solve the problem ..
