Having done the exact same thing, I may be able to help.

Upon opening, you will see that the 4 25A fuses are not easily replaceable...at all. They are encased in a hardened pool of solder.

My advice, is head to your closest Hack Space, and take their soldering workshop.

The steps are as follows.

Desolder board
Replace fuses
Solder into place

You be done

There are around 8 models of the 750 watt inverter. The above web link takes you to the Black and Decker site where you can input your exact model number and then you can download the instruction manual which has the details for how to change the fuse.

I replace the battery in our 2003 Element and put the wrong cables on the terminals. The battery fuse blew. I corrected my mistake. I replace the 100 amp fuse with an 80 amp fuse. I could not find a 100...

There could be a lot of severe damage to the electrical system including blown computer modules. I would refer the problem to a professional shop in your area.

Reversed cables and blew a fuse. how do i get it out???

I think the needle nose pliers may be best. insted of grabbing by the thin sides, grab it the wide way and gently rock it back and forth. I think this is like a 35 amp fuse, so the holder has to be very tight to keep a good connection. I have one of these, and for two days I thought it was bad untill I pressed the red on button.

Keep blowing fuse under hood when i put power wire in to amp

disconnect the negative battery terminal, replace the fuse with all the wires hooked up to the amp and reconnect the battery terminal, that way the initial surge of power goes through the negative terminal and not your inline fuse. That should solve your problem.
