Question about Kirby Ultimate G Bagged Upright Vacuum
We've borrowed my mother's new Kirby upright Sentria vacuum cleaner, but didn't get the manual. Any idea how to hook up the hose? There's no obvious spot to put it in. The actual product name wasn't listed below, so we just stuck in a bagged upright, hoping the process is the same. Thank you!
First you need to press the foot pedal for the height adjustment all the way down to lift the front of the vacuum off the floor. On the front top of the vacuum where the LED lights are is a cover. That section will lift up by lifting just below the LED's. Once it's lifted up there are some visual instructions, but here's what they are saying. The little circle on the front divided with the word KIRBY is the belt release. The section of the circle with the word on it will pull out. Like a wind-up flashlight it will turn from lining up with the green arrow counter clockwise 360 degrees and lining up with the red arrow. This takes a little pressure to turn it. Now just above this circle, under the LED bonnet, there is a lever that holds this whole front end on. It must be turned also counter clockwise to remove and front then slips off. The reverse would be used to put the beater roller portion back on. Also this would be the way to slip on the hose attachment to **** through it instead. I hope this is a little clearer.

Ok lift up the light plate on top of the rug nozzle then turn the belt lifter on the rug nozzle to the right until you cant turn it anymore then lift the latch on top of the rug nozzle then hook up the hose to the hole where the rug nozzle was and latch it on and your ready to go

Once you lift up the light plate thingy, I found instructions on the vacuum and I think you turn it to the left and lift the bottom plate off and the hose thing plugs into it. It wasn't too difficult once I lifted the light thingy and wasn't afraid I'd break it. Good luck!
