Question about HP DeskJet 810c InkJet Printer
The printer does not tell you and even if it did, it would probably be wrong half the time. If you print a test page on a known good printer and then print a test page on the failing printer, you can get a good idea by comparing the two whether it is the color cartridge or the black cartridge that is failing.
