Try a reset:

If iPhone won't turn on, or the display freezes or doesn't respond

  1. Press and hold the Home button for at least six seconds, until the application you were using quits.
  2. If that doesn't work, turn iPhone off and turn it on again. Press and hold the Sleep/Wake button on top of iPhone for a 10 seconds until a red slider appears, and then slide the slider. Then press and hold the Sleep/Wake button until the Apple logo appears.
  3. If that doesn't work, reset iPhone. Press and hold the Sleep/Wake button and the Home button at the same time for at least ten seconds, until the Apple logo appears

More resets:

Try This:
1. Remove Sim Card
2. Hold in 'Home' button and 'On/Off' button together until Apple logo appears
3. Replace Sim Card
4. Hold in 'Home' button and 'On/Off' button together until normal phone screen appears.

Also, Try this:
1.) Shut down the iPhone 3G.
2.) Start up iTunes
3.) Hold down HOME button on the iPhone 3G
4.) While keeping the HOME button depressed, plug in the Sync cable
5.) A message will pop up to ask if you want to reset.
6.) Just click YES and the reset process should start.

Affinity ATF6700 washer has 'err' in display, I can't press any buttons, unplugging it did nothing.

Question edited for clarity.
Question moved to Affinity.

Try a full system reset. If that doesn't work, you need a service call.

Resetting the Frigidaire Affinity washer

  • Unplug the power source or turn the circuit breaker off for a few seconds.
  • Then plug the power back on to reset the washer to default settings.
  • Now press the cancel button to cancel all commands.
  • And in the next step press and hold the spin speed and soil level buttons together for four to eight seconds.
  • Hold the buttons until you hear some signal sounds and then leave the buttons.
  • After that open the door for more than 2 times and make sure it gets closed again each time. After this, your machine has been properly restored to proper default settings. This will lead your machine to work properly again.

I want to print some thing and when I try to print it ,is appearin on my laptop error number 5011 . What did it mean ?

It indicates that the scanner bulb may not be heating up fast enough for the printer to work properly.
I found this fix on another forum. Sounds like it's worth a try:
=============
With the printer off, press and hold power+cancel simultaneously,
Release cancel but keep power button pressed,
Press cancel button 4 times,
Release both.
I don't know what this does exactly, but it seems to reset something and make a fresh start, the printer will take longer to resume the power on sequence.

I am trying to print a large picture on the 110plus and I am getting horizontal lines throught the image. Any Ideas?

Print head nozzles are clogged. This utility helps maintain proper operation of all nozzles in the printheads. This is only recommended if you are experiencing problems with print quality such as banding.Three levels of recovery are available: soft, medium and hard. As a first step, the soft recovery should be used. If you still experience the same image problems, then select medium. Hard recovery should only be used as a last resort.

Perform the print head recovery
For level 1 soft: Hold on button then press twice cancel button
level 2 medium: Hold on button press teice cancel button then resume button once
level 3 hard: Hold on button press twice cancel button then resume button twice.
after completion of this process check the print quality, still not resolved replace print heads which print head not recovered.

I believe you need software from Canon to reset the ink pad full error code for that printer. Here is a link where you might be able to download it: The file name you are looking for is mypwin210aen.exe or mypwin210en.exe i don't know which version will work best for you. If these don't work then try calling Canon for information on where to find the proper program

Brake lights don't work, but fuses are alright

Check to make sure the button above the brake pedel is not stuck in when you hit the brakes. If that is free and working properly your multi function switch on the steering colum is probably bad. The brake light canceler can go bad in these causing no brake lights. The canceler cancels the brake light when the turn signal is on. but sometimes they go bad and cancel both brake lights all the time. So be sure and check to make sure the hazard button is push all the way in before changing the muti fucntion switch. Oh and check the bulb first too of course. Good luck

KESA907P Electric Kitchen Range: Oven comes on but the off button will not work. H...

It sounds like it could be a stuck off/cancel button on the touch panel. When you push the off/cancel button does it feel like the other buttons or different. Usually when these buttons get stuck the proper repair is to replace the touch pad. Some of the newer ranges will produce an error code on the display when a touch panel button is stuck but not always. Unplugging the power to the range might work for turning off the oven but is not recommended. If everything else is functioning properly except for the off/cancel button then it sounds like the touch panel may need to be replaced.
