These are sealed oil heaters and do not require refilling, if yours is leaking then it is bad and should be disposed of. They should not use oil or leak oil ever.

Did it leak out? Most oil-filled heaters are sealed and not intended to be refilled.

I am sorry to inform you but Lakewood heater company filled bankrutcy in 2009 and no longer is in bussiness. Where do you refill the oil at


Oil heaters are not meant to be refilled. The oil is inside the heater already. If you need to add oil, the heater is defective. Do not use it.
