Software Authorization Code missing from CD Sleeve. I recently received the Ion Discovery Dj as a X-Mas gift and noticed the CD Sleeve was blank with no Software Authorization code on it. After installation it requires this for continuation of the product. Without this, the product is useless. I've tried calling the (401) 658-3743 number to no availabilty. It goes to automated voice informing you of 50 plus minutes of wait time! USELESS. Please help

It apparently works with USB and requires no further downloads to get it to work.
There IS however a software CD that should've came with it; hopefully your friend gave you that CD too. That CD (according to their video on ION's home site found here, inserting that software disc into the computer is one of the steps to getting the DJ turntable system to work.
You have either two options. First contact the makers of the software to see if they can send you a replacement or a download of it.
Search either Amazon or E-Bay to see if a disc is for sale there.
