Hi Aceofmktg,
go to start menu, control panel, sound. Then here go into the Tabs and select the Speakers. Apply, Done !
If it does not work, then I suggest you to contact the Logitech support for a replacement this is an hardware

SOURCE: Logitech soundman G1 cases don't

Driver might need to be reinstalled but to confirm this you should attach any other set of speakers of Headphones. However the driver or improper installization of windows xp usually causes this on getting updated. I'm not sure that what windows you are using therefore you can probably just check if the cables are pind in right sockets and that the Speackers are getting power. As far drivers are concerned the Speakers do not have any drivers but the sound card does, therefore if you have not installed the drivers of sound card you may install them now. This may solve the problem hope fully

ITS GOING TO BE AN RCA CORD, ALSO IF YOUR GOING TO INSTALL TO A PC DO THE FOLLOWING \To make these your default speakers, you will need to do the following 1. Find the volume control icon on the bottom right portion of your screen 2. Right click the icon 3. Select change default 4. Cycle through the options until you see the logitech speakers as an option 5. Select this new option 6. If you still do not see the logitech speakers then you need to reinstall them with the provided software. If you do not have software, download it for free from logitech.com

Verify that the audio lead is connected to the correct line out on the computer. Check the sliders in the windows volume control are correct and mute is unticked. Try plugging some headphones into the computer to hear if the PC is actually producing an output.
