There is problem on spooler setting, here's how to clear your spooler.
Here is the procedures
Go to START MENU Choose RUN (For Windows XP) or Choose Commad prompt, right click and run as administrator ( Fow window vista and windows 7) Type the letter "cmd" Type the word "net stop spooler" Exit Go to C drive Choose to Windows Folder Click show content Choose system32 folder Choose spool folder Choose printer And delete all printing jobs pending Again go back to CMD window and type the word "net start spooler" Restart your computer also turn off your printer and switch it on. It will work fine right now
Try to Create a new account using your Administrator account and then try to print from there. If it works perfect Otherwise ..!
1. Start, Run and type cmd hit enter 2. Type msiexec /unregister hit space and press Enter 3. Type msiexec /regserver (note the space) and press Enter
Now restart the computer. And Restart the Print spooler service.
Click on start--> run--> type cmd hit enter-->
on the black window --> type net stop spooler hit enter--> again type net start spooler hit enter.
Each time it should say successfull stop or start.
Now try to print. If still does not work.
Check the port of the printer. ( start-->run--> type control printers hit enter-->right click on HP LaserJet P2015dn Printer series--> choose properties--> on the top--> choose the TAB--> Port-->now check the port ---> it should USB001 port if its a cable connection--> if wireless it should show HP ip address .
Make sure this is right and then try printing. It should work .
It's a network printer. Are you connected via the network or USB? If you run the CD wizard and select the wrong option it will not print.
In either case, insert the CD, and select the proper method of connection (USB or network), it should see the printer, if it does not you have a problem, so check your cable connection (either rectangle thingy - USB, or Network - big phone jack). From there, make sure (especially in network mode) that the printer is configured properly.
There is not wireless netwrok card is HP LJ P2015dn, However as i can understand you r using External Wireless Router or Wireless network or jet-direct card if u r able to work fine on USB than printer printing mechanism is working fine.
If u connect the printer via wired network connection and it keeps on loosing IP address than it may be problem with onboard network card of the printer.
If printer keeps on loosing IP Address than try upgrading the firmware of the printer.
To check the firmware and IP Address of the printer print a configuration page by pressing and holding down green button for 6 to 7 seconds
Click this link for updated drivers if you do not already have them. When you download and install these, if the problem is still there, then you need to go into your printer program and do a printer check and it will print specific characters to show if the printer itself is printing properly.
