go to mscustomercare.com-scroll down until you see the pottery wheel, then download directions. We did receive the directions for my daughters pottery wheel, however it is missing page 4 and 8. I hope this helps!

best to inspect upon delivery when possible which is never, but you can contact the seller for a return postage ticket, you shouldnt have to pay for "unuseable upon delivery"

The pottery wheel seems more like a joke than anything else its not molding the clay its just pushing it around weve tried more clay and it realy does nothing whats the deal

Sure it's a joke, it's a battery powered piece of plastic, but I guarantee you that if that machine will turn under a light load then you can do some fantastic work with it if you're willing to learn. Do a little looking on youtube, you can find lots of information concerning potter's wheels there.
