By plugging this device into your usb port, windows should automatically recognize it as a media storage device and download a generic driver for it. Allow Windows to do this and it should say in lower left corner of screen "the device is ready for use" If you have updated to Microsoft Media Player 10, by having the device connected you should have an option of synchronizing the device with the media player. By synching with it you will be able to see what music is on it, delete music, and also add music by dragging and dropping within the synch window. If you don't want to use Media Player, you can also go to My Computer and double click on the letter of the drive that corresponds with the media storage device that the computer assigned to the player. By doing this it should give you the contents of the music on the player. By highlighting the files located on the player you should be able to delete them and by copying and pasting from your "My Music" file add your own music to the player.

Keep in touch if you have any other questions.

Good Luck

Have a Sansa Fuze, a friend downloaded some music but it will not play, I get this message, "synchronise to continue your music subscription". what does it mean? thanks for your help

Perhaps the music your friend gave your was from a subscription-based service? It could also have DRM so the music knows it is not supposed to be on your MP3 player. Either way, those two situations mean the music is digitally protected from copying.
Other than that, perhaps there is a setting the needs to be switched and resolved through your synching of the device. Did you personally start a subscription based music service for you Sansa?

Hello,

Sansa Media Converter should be used to convert videos and pictures in the appropriate file extension and size: notice, files should have certain formats before converting them.
Overview for supported files using Sansa Media Converter:

Direct link to the SMC download:

Allow downloads when blocked to get the download started.

There's a user guide, readable with adobe reader, for e200v2 series on next site:

Someone gave me there Sansa Fuze mp3player but they didn't have the instruction booklet. I'm trying to find out how I download things to the mp3 player

You need a USB cable which you need to connect to your computer. This cable also serves as a charger. You will probably need to load(rip) the music from a CD to your computer into a program called Windows Media Player. Then you will use this program (Windows Media Player) to "sync" your MP3 player to the computer from which you can download music to your MP3 player. denparis39@centurytel.net

Maybe there are some virus affect your player.
you need to download videos with safe and green software.
No Viruses, No Spyware, No Adware. 100%clean.
Automatic install, automatic download on-line videos to put them to your iPod , callphone or Zune and other portable device, you can use Video Download Studio to search and download videos from almost all the pop video sites like youtube, facebook, google, yahoo, dailymotion, redtube, youporn etc. Very easy to use.

HELP ME PLZ

That's a pretty weird problem. The only suggestion I can give you is to check to make sure the music you put on was 1) in mp3 or wav format and 2) if this is music you have purchased, to ensure you have the rights properly set to play the music
