go to ebay and type in radio decodeing or decode there are sellers on ebay now that can email you the code if you have the serial number, failing that an auto radio decoder will come out and reset it for you average cost is £10 to £25
hope this helps
p.s worth a mention if the car is second hand the code could be written on the top of the radio inside the dash..
