My iPhone 3GS won't boot (Endless Reboot). Can't enter into DFU to restore.

You almost had it. First have it pluged in like u did. Then while its trying to start hold the home and power button untill it turns off like u did at the end. Last release the power button but hold the home button down. Do not let go of the home button untill it works. If it wont it will reboot like it had but it will work.

My LG CU720 keeps rebooting / recycling

It sounds like your software has corrupted. You can either opt for a software reload or contact your carriers warranty dept for an exchange. Also if you have a memory card installed, power the phone off, remove the memory card, reboot the device. Sometimes a corrupt memory card can cause a phone to go into an endless boot cycle.

Endless beeeeeeeeeping

Beeping on initial turn on is generally a Ram issue.
turn off laptop, remove battery.
Remove 1 stick and boot and see if it beeps
if it beeps, remove other stick install stick that was removed

Computer shuts down and tries to reboot in an endless cycle

This sounds like a heat related issue.
Are you sure that the CPU fan is running and that the vent ducts are all clear?
You maye be able to get it cleaned out with a can of compressed air.
Is the computer new? If so, then it is probably not dust, but if it is more than a couple of years old, then that is probably the problem.
