Called Majesco Support. They advised to clear the game completely delete "Zumba Fitness Core" info from the "Data Management" section of memory and reinstall. You will lose all your data, but, hopefully, this will fix the issue. This must be an ongoing problem. The tech knew right away which game I was calling about.
There is an option to save the setting on the main menu. Manually save the settings before you turn the game off, and then load them when you turn it on.
This is not true. Any game for the Xbox 360 should be able to open regardless of internet.
However, some features of the game may only be accessible with internet.
Assuming you are using a Wii? There is a small compartment on the side of the unit with a screw holding it in place (I believe its on the right side) remove the screw and slide out the compartment. there is a small battery in there. this is what keeps the internal memory when the console loses power. try replacing it and see if that works.
Call Majesco and complain. I just spoke with a rep and he stated that if people don't call and complain, they will not issue a fix to the problem. Their number is (800) 826-0015 Monday through Friday between 9:00 a.m. and 5:00 p.m. Eastern Standard Time. I was having the same issue after the transition of filling up the energy bar as well as on a few songs.
