How to program the phone (by 2 users)

I have program the 12 buttons but now i cannot receive any incoming and make outgoing, tell me how to reprogram or send me the answer for this.

Wizsimply press prog. button then press 1 of the 12 button press 0 then press 1 if its for button 1 and so on, and dont forget to press store button after each button is program.
