Hi muraripcs,

Logon as Administrator and delete the protected folder.

You logon as Administrator like this:
Open the command prompt with Administrative privileges by opening the Start Menu, and typing cmd in the search box, and then press Ctrl+Shift+Enter
Type the following in the command prompt:
net user administrator /active:yes
Press Enter
Restart your computer and logon as Administrator.
Note: You might want to set a password for the administrator’s account for at least a little protection.
Warning: Running as Administrator in Windows Vista bypasses all security and is NOT recommended.
If you decide to use the Administrator account don’t complain when you start having problems :-).

Teis

4. To move into a directory type: cd c:*** (The stars stand for your folder)
5. If you cannot access the folder because it has spaces for example Program Files or Kazaa Lite folder you have to do the following. instead of typing in the full folder name only take the first 6 letters then put a ~ and then 1 without spaces. Example: cd c:progra~1kazaal~1
6. Once your in the folder the non-deletable file it in type in dir - a list will come up with everything inside.
7. Now to delete the file type in del ***.bmp, txt, jpg, avi, etc... And if the file name has spaces you would use the special 1st 6 letters followed by a ~ and a 1 rule. Example: if your file name was bad file.bmp you would type once in the specific folder thorugh command, del badfil~1.bmp and your file should be gone. Make sure to type in the correct extension.

Well my bro put a code on our administrater an we can get on it so how can we get the cod

There is no way that you can undo the code without knowing it. You must be having your data on it. And I presume mostly in My Documents folder. The only way that comes to mind is to reinstall Windows. Yes, if you do a default reinstall then your data goes. But if you install in a folder other than Windows, like WINXP or some such name, then you get a new My Documents folder without touching the older one in Windows folder. And your data will be safe as ever. But you will have to install all other programs like MS Office etc.
And when you have retrieved your data from old My Documents, then you can delete the Windows folder to get your precious space back.
And, DO NOT LET YOUR BROTHER ANYWHERE NEAR YOUR COMPUTER.

How to delete files that are used by other programs in windows XP/Vista?

Hello,

Today tip will help you to delete the files and folders that are being used by another programs and applications, for example a virus affected file. You have tried to delete such kind of files or folders and received the any following messages.

· Cannot delete file: the file is in use by the other program
· Cannot delete file: There has been a sharing violation
· Cannot delete file: The file is in use by another program or user
· Cannot delete file: Disk is not full or write-protected and that the file is not currently in use.
· Cannot delete file: The source or destination file may be in use

Normally, a windows restart will allow you to delete such files or folders that are being used by other program, but if you want to manage it without restart your computer then simply you need to download a freeware tool called Unlocker.

You can download this tool for any windows version using Unlocker link. Download it and run the easy setup.

After installation, right click on file or folder that you want to delete and select the option Unlocker.

If your requested file or folder is used or locked by other application then a small window listing of lockers will appear.

Here simply click on “Unlock All” button and now you can easily delete this file.

Thanks,

Bhautesh.
