2 red lights on my Xbox 360 won't play any games or DVDs E-74 keeps coming up

you need to have the x-clamp replacement done. or if it is still under warranty send it back to microsoft.

If it only plays dvds try cleaning the drive were you put the games in with a air duster.

I doubt you put all your games :). your XBOX 360 is probably hacked to play homebrew games. that happens when usually a new protection is enabled on newer games, every several months new protection is issued to restrict piracy. the only thing is to get it hacked with a newer DVD-ROM security override.

i had the same problem sounds like your lazer or a chance the dvd rom is not paird to *********** board

hi, your xbox is about ot have a hardware failure, the dreaded red rings of death, you may want to contact microsoft support, soon your 360 will display the 3 red lights, i have had this same problem, if you are under warrenty get the console replaced.

try calling microsoft again...and if no luck...then you might have to find a replacement cd drive...you can probably get one off of ebay.
