Good morning. When we start our games on the Wii, it gives us an error message to eject game, turn off the Wii and check the Wii instruction manuel for more detail. I can't find the manuel. We have tried many different games so we know it is the console. What can we do?

The Wii might be having trouble reading the disc. Inspect the disc for scratches and contamination first and gently wipe it off with a dry cloth. If the disc looks fine and the problem persists, try blowing out your Wii with a can of air. Dust sometimes settles on the reader preventing it from reading the disc properly. Hope this helps.
Perhaps you should return your wii.It has error 619 section 10 manuel 1 words = 30.It clearly states "If Power goes off and it says eject disc,Return your Wii and ask for another one"
Try to clean your wii drive with a dvd cleaning kit..see if your wii game disc are damaged or dirty ...try another game.. are you using original or backup´s games?
try gamecube discs...Good Luck!!!
