DSE GE6400 s/n DSE0900487. I recently bought a tv/dvd combo from **** Smith here in Western Australia for my elderly mother.
It was a demo model in the store and was bought of the shelf already set up. Since then she has touched some of the buttons on the right hand side of the set and can no longer get DIGITAL TV. It will received ANALGUE. It keep coming up on the screen ENTER PASSWORD with a triangle thing with three crosses and when we try to enter number little X's appear. When finished and you switch to DIGITAL TV in goes back to ENTER PASSWORD again. We have tried using various numbers including 666 but still it doesnt want to receive DIGITAL TV. The DVD works ok. We cannot find the user manual and would ask if you can help with an answer
thank you in advance

That's a shame that the name of the company was partially blocked on this site! Anyway, here is the manual for the 7" Digital photo frame. I'm assuming their lines of digital photo frames work quite similar to one another and this may help you out.

Good luck!
When selecting a country, chose Australia not the UK as Australia broadcast in VHF, whereas the UK do not. Then hit the search button and it should pick up the 4 Irish channels, no problem.
Hi, I recently bought this model too. I spoke to **** Smith themselves and they assured me that the G2112 is region free out of the box. Have you had a problem?
