I can not get the software to communicate with the camera. Any suggestions? I can't get Panasonic to resend the software.

-   yup, the software loads, I click on the camera drive, then it says: "Please wait" for an infinite amount of time. I got it too work once, but that was it. Panasonic cameras are awsome, but the software sucks hairy balls! -   pointedblank

-   Yes. When I open video cam suite. a pop up appears with run time error.
If I click on it then it closes down.

I have a Panasonic SDR-H60 Camcorder. The Video Cam software
(Version 1.00.019) that comes with it does not recognize the hard drive in the camcorder due to a conflict caused by Windows Service Pac 3. Panasonic does have one updated version of Video Cam Suite (Version 1.00.021) online and available for download, but I do not know if it will resolve your issue. I want a version that will fix the conflict with Service Pac. 3. Anyone know of one yet?

i had same service pac 3 error ; i just ignored it, continued, and the software loaded fine.

- i found that no matter which machine i tried to load this software on, it took FOREVER! once loaded it is slow to open, close, switch windows; everything has a lag.

The software will work only if you attach the camera to the electricity cable comes with the camer...The software will not work using the battery.

Neither can I.

The software says the video file is not an NTSC type. I wonder why this software is published for a Pal camcorder!!
