Sansa E280

Hello again, its been awhile :D , um i have a problem. The problem is that i use to transfer movies through the sansa media converter and it works but now it doesn't anymore. It says missing a file or something and when i try to do it maunally drag a drop my sansa freezes and i have to reset it again. Can you please help. Thanks, Oh and for some reason i found my sansa missing all of its videos i had in there :l

i tested it again on a different computer on the other pc i been getting weird errors but on this pc it didnt get an error but when i checked the sansa in video section it keeps saying Empty. I dont know what else to do i did the sansa video converter i checked my documents the converted video wasnt there and i thought it was suppose to im totally lost :( please help.

the thing you can do is that reinstall the the software using the updater you will be able to find it at

http://www.sandisk.com/DriverDownload/index.asp

and if this dose not work formet it to fat32 with the windows tool or what ever os you use
