Linksys WRT54GR-UK Connection Problems

I have just bought a wireless router, but when running through the software installation I select DHCP option, and input Host and Domain name as Virgin Media (as my ISP has told me it should be) but I cannot get it to connect to the internet through the router? Any suggestions?

Try changing the default ip address of the router to 192.168.2.1. Sometimes the ISP's modem is set at 192.168.1.1 which will conflict with a router using the same IP.
