Question about Gateway Computers & Internet
You need to remove the old hard drive first. Depending on your model, there should be a screw or two on the bottom of the computer that gives you access to the hard drive. You remove the old drive, take it out of it's caddy, take the special connector off of it and install it on the new drive, put the new drive in its caddy, and replace the hard drive.
