Question about Samsung Yepp YP-T5H MP3 Player
There is a hold/lock switch on the side - make sure it is disengaged - check the user's manual for the location of the switch (available from Samsung's website if you have lost it).

First unplug computer from power and from USB for ten minutes or so, if it is a laptop also remove batteries.
