Hi do not enter any number if you don't make sure,First try to enter the number which is written on the back side of the Sim card for once.If it doesn't help call/contact your sim card operator. They are the only one who can solve your problem.Personal Unlocking Key is a unique key which is maintain by particular Sim Card operator. If you enter wrong key repeatedly your sim card will damage. So, do as what I have said to avoid "Sim Card Rejected".Thanks for visiting fixya
I never heard the PUC code,,,, but there is PUK code which means personal unlocking key."Enter PUK code" this message shows when after we entered wrong pin for several times. This particular key is maintain by the particular sim card provider. To get this we need to contact the provider or we can get it by calling the particular sim card customer care.
It means your sim card is rejected by the Service Operator. You might have attempted to enter wrong PUK code several times. Your only option is to call the customer care of your Service Operator and get their help. Please follow this LINK and read the instructions about PUK and all about it.
PIN stands for Personal Identification Number. When you switch off your mobile and switch on again it will ask your PIN No. If you enter the PIN No three times wrong then your mobile will ask for the PUK The PIN and PUK are provided on your SIM package, and can be changed many times. The basic purpose of these codes is to provide a security. These codes are normally used to prevent your SIM card from unauthorized use.
code from the package that has come with your SIM card Get these codes from SIM package and unlock your mobile phoe. But if you have changed your PIN and now have forgotten it then there is also a way to resolve it. When you give an incorrect PIN three times to your mobile phone it will block your SIM card, then in this case you have to provide a PUK given to you by network provider. And you can get your PUK any time by calling at the help line number of your network service centre
PUK is not your phones code. its the sim code. if you enter three times wrong PIN number then the sim asks u for a PUK to unlock the sim card. if u enter 10 times wrong PUK code then your sim will get corrupted and u cant be use that sim anymore. to solve this problem. you have to contact the sim vendor or customer care to retrieve the code from them. u have to give 16 digit sim no: while they ask for conformation. after getting the PUK no. keep that Number in safe place for future use.....
The puk code is sim card spesific it comes with the sim card when you get it or you can get it by calling your phone service provider of the sim card to get the puk code.
if you have entered the puk code wrong too many times you will make the sim card useless and you will have to contact your phone service provider for a new sim card, it will probably cost.
Every PUK code is unique so nobody can tell you your PUK number, but i will tell you what you can do! 1)
If you still have your packet that your Sim Card came in, you should
find your PUK number in there, if you don't have the packet, please
read bellow.
2) You must get a phone that is on the same network
as your phone and call the networks Customer Care and ask them for your
PUK number, they will ask you for your phone number, then they will
tell you your PUK number. Once you have done this, you will be able to
reset your Pin number so you will be able to go into your phone again.
