I have a Whirlpool Gold Quiet Partner III that is 8 years old and recently stopped cleaning top rack dishes. I remember finding a mylar like piece in the bottom of the tub and threw it away thinking it came off of something we washed (I know, bad thinking.) The mylar piece measured roughly 3-4inx2in and was folded in half. Anyways....the upper arm does not spin and the detergent doesnt get fully dispensed so dishes dont get fully cleaned. I am guessing not enough water pressure to upper arm. Would that mylar piece have anything to do with it? if not, any other advice? Thanks, your assistance is greatly appreciated.
