rca d52w19b turns off after being turned on

the tv would turn off then on by itself, the led didn't blink, it would just go on and off with the set. now the set sizzles when turned on then goes off by itself after about 5 sec

does it continue to turn off then on by itself? Does the led flash if you try to power it back on again when it shuts off. If so how many times does it blink? Please respond to this same post when responding.
