The drum rides on glides in the front and a center bearing in the rear. Those glides are probably gone.
Unplug the dryer and remove these screws then raise the top.
Remove these screws and lift off the front to check those glides
If it is scrubbing you probably need to not only replace the glides
but the glides mount also (called a bearing oddly enough).
