My phone froze which sometimes it does so i took out the battery as normal and put in back in, but this time it will only go to the verizon screen and freeze it doesnt go any farther. It has no water damaged i had already checked that out.
Its was just a memory problem it had too much memory so i took out my memory card and turned it on and it worked perfectly and when i put my memory card in it still worked fine....so apparantly it just was having a bit trouble with the memory card...

I took my env2 to a verizon store that also performs repairs and they did a new software download on my phone and the freezing has stopped. They said there was a software glitch when they first came out and its a download they will do for you for free..takes about 45 minutes and now i have no problems.
I had a similiar problem and i took the battery out and my sim card and left them out for a few hours then i tried putting them back and mine seemed fine, did you try charging it? I would give verizon or watever service you have a call and if they dont pick up bring it down, they may be able to help. I would replace it.
just put the battery back in and once it connects and you have the G up in the top right corner, everything will load back onto your phone. that happened to me today and i was so mad, but everything came back.
take the phone back into verizon and have it replaced, seeing that the phone is still under it's warranty.
You could also take it back to verizon and have them reflash the Motorola Q but seeing that it is under warranty, would not just have them give you a new one.
