Question about Audio Players & Recorders
I tried to download music video to my mp3 player and also pictures.
We really need your model # and manufacturer name. My generic advice is this: most mp3 players that support video and pictures come with a media converter on the installation CD - you have to run video and picture files through this converter. See you manual for details. Go to the manufacturer's website for the manual and software if you lost them.

Do a Google search using the following string:
(Brand Name) (Model Number) +manual
This should bring up sites (including the manufacturers) where you can download the instructions.

well first off, it looks like the only video format your player accepts is .AMV. First step would be to find a video converter that has AMV as a conversion option. You can find the free download here: http://www.bestshareware.net/download/video-to-amv-converter.htm . Now as for getting the media on your device, follow these steps first to ensure proper driver installation: (1) Execute Setup.exe in driver CD and complete the driver installation.
(2) Reboot the PC.
(3) Connect the MP3 player to the USB port of the PC.
Now that your rebooted, plug your USB cable in, and depending on your version of windows, you should have a window pop-up titled Removable Disk "@" (@ indicates whatever drive letter your computer auto assigns your device). Select the option to "view files and folders", and you are now accessing your media device. Copy and paste desired media to appropriate folders, and enjoy your Sylvania. :D

when you connect it to the computer, go to "my computer" and look for it as a 'device' like the harddrive on your computer would appear (Local Disc (C:) ) and open it like a regular folder - you may have to right click and select "explore" - this should show you the available files on the device and allow you to select the option of putting your music in the music folder itself.
