Question about Audio Players & Recorders
Is your OS compatible (i.e.: are you running Windows Vista?)
Is the hold switch engaged - get the full manual from Apple's website - it will give instructions for turning it off
Also, in the manual, are the "5 R's" with instructions - reset, restore, etc.
Then again, you could have a lemon - try the above first to find out
