Question about HP Pavilion dv1000 Notebook
The laptop runs for a while and then it just dies. We have it pluged in and charged. Do you have any ideas what might be causeing this?
It turns off to a black screen? It could be a hardware failure but it is also possible from a software corruption issue. Could you go to Control Panel>Computer Administration>Event Viewer. Click on System and you should see several errors that have a red "X" next to them. Double click the top error and post the result here.
