Question about Sewing Machines
After winding the bobbin on my brand new machine for the first time, when I go to sew, the hand wheel clutch spins but the stop clutch knob doesn't. I've played with all the tensions and tightened the stop clutch knob until I have blisters. Nothing. It's like the clutch doesn't re-engage.

If you have a stop motion dial with little grooves all the way round the best way is to get a wide plade screwdriver, put the plade part on one of the grooves on the left hand side of the dial and give it a thump on top with your hand, that usually does the trick.
